For the family that wants to have access to the Eagle River Chain of Lakes but still wants to be near town, this is the place to be.  If you are interested in taking part in the Journey's Marathon, Cranberry Fest, or other activities in Eagle River, you can't beat the location.

Eagle's Bay View is a newly remodeled three bedroom home that sleeps eight that offers many conveniences inside and out. Inside, the home is comfortable year around with central A/C. The fully equipped kitchen and baths are modern. There is a gas fireplace in the living room and a wood burning in the dining area. There's even a deck and a two car garage with a mountain bike and a 10 speed bike available for your use.  The owners have put a lot of work in remodeling the house by adding the large, bright living area and another bedroom to make it a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house that sleeps 6 comfortably.

Outside, step across the street to your lakeside shoreline on" The Bullpen" of Yellow Birch Lake with a fire pit, pier and 14 foot row boat for your use.  For the angler, Lion's Park around the corner features the best boat launch on the Eagle River's chain of lakes plus an area for the kids to play. "The Bullpen" is perhaps the most famous spot on the chain of lakes offering action for a variety of species including muskie, walleye, bass, crappie, and pan fish.  Twice a year, fishing tournaments are held off Lion's Park.

The town's beach is two blocks away on Silver Lake and has another pier from which you can fish. If that's not enough, the golf course is right across the river.

No smoking.

Pets OK with approval.

Open May 29th due to remodeling.
